John MacDougall, P.Eng has extensive experience in engineering and management within the construction and water distribution sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Water Distribution at Halifax Water since April 2020, John has also held the positions of Operations Engineer and Project Engineer in the organization. Prior to this role, John worked at Atlantic Road Construction and Paving Ltd as an Estimator from February 2016 to April 2020. Experience also includes positions as an Estimator/Project Manager at Whissell Contracting Ltd and as a Project Coordinator at both Voice Construction OPCO ULC and Dexter Construction. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dalhousie University and St. Francis Xavier University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
