Jonathan MacDonald is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Water Infrastructure Planning at Halifax Water since February 2014. In this role, Jonathan leads project teams through the development, design, tendering, construction, and commissioning of various water infrastructure projects. Prior to Halifax Water, Jonathan held positions as Design Manager/Project Engineer at Trada Engineering, where responsibilities included managing teams for civil design projects, and as Project Coordinator at both DORA Construction and Dexter Construction Company Ltd., involving coordination and supervision of site activities. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Engineering from St. Francis Xavier University.
