Christophe Boonaert

Christophe Boonaert has a wealth of experience in the industrial and scientific fields. From 2017 to present, they have served as Industrialization Director Europe & Middle East for Halio™, Smart-Tinting Glass System. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Scientific Collaborator at the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons (UMONS). From 2009 to 2012, they were Domain Coordination Leader and Senior Project Leader at AGC Glass Europe. Finally, from 2001 to 2009, they were Business Manager, Project Manager (Air Quality, Odor, VOC, etc.), and IP Valorization Manager at Certech.

Christophe Boonaert began their educational journey in 1990 when they earned a Master of Engineering - MEng in Biosciences Engineering : Chemistry and Bio-industries from the Universit\u00e9 catholique de Louvain. Christophe then continued their studies at the same university, completing a PhD in Biosciences Engineering : Chemistry and Bio-industries in 2000. In 2004, they obtained a Master's degree in Executive Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. In 2012, they completed a program at the Vlerick Business School in AGC European University Program.
