Eric IM Chan

Eric IM Chan has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2004. Eric IM began their career as Deputy Manager at the Industrial Technology Research Institute in 2004, where they worked on White Light LED projects and was an expert in inorganic phosphor technology, chip process, and LED package. In 2008, they moved to Chi Mei Energy Corp. as Deputy Manager of Technology Development Dept., where they organized the team and was responsible for Si thin film solar cell front-end technology development and evaluation, as well as troubleshooting of production line and business expansions. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at ARCHERS SYSTEMS as Senior Director of Advanced Solar Cell Technology Project. In 2017, they joined HALIO, Inc. as Director of Quality and Integration, P1 factory, then moved to Director Of Quality, P1 factory, and then to BackEnd Engineering Director, P1 factory, before taking on the role of Group Lead.

Eric IM Chan attended National Cheng Kung University from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Tunghai University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
