Keith Ball has worked in the software engineering field since 2009. Keith began their career as a Grader/Tutor at Neumont University in 2009, followed by a Software Engineer role at REI Systems in 2010. In 2012, they moved to NTT DATA Americas as a Software Engineer, and then to inContact in 2010 in the same role. In 2014, they joined Rakuten Advertising as a Software Engineer, and was promoted to Software Engineering Manager and then Director of Software Development. In 2017, they returned to Neumont University as an Adjunct Professor and is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Halio, Inc. since 2021.
Keith Ball earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Neumont College of Computer Science between 2008 and 2010.
