Jim Burke

Jim Burke is an accomplished attorney and principal advisor at Hall Render, providing strategic and financial guidance to prominent hospitals, healthcare systems, and physician practices since October 2022. With extensive leadership experience, Jim served in the United States Marine Corps, rising from Private to Captain over a 12-year period, while also holding notable legal and administrative roles in healthcare organizations. As General Counsel for Mercy and Chief Administrative Officer at Saint Francis Healthcare System, Jim oversaw operations and guided strategic planning in large, integrated healthcare settings. Additionally, Jim's entrepreneurial experience includes serving as President & CEO of Meadowbrook Farms and Managing Partner at Burke & Poirier, a law firm catering to business and commercial clients. Jim holds a law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, completed in 1994.
