Sevan Gore

Sevan Gore is a Partner at Hall & Wilcox, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and joint ventures. They have extensive experience in the resources sector, having previously served as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2008 to 2022, where they advised on a variety of corporate matters. Prior to that, Sevan undertook a year-long secondment as a Group Legal Secondee at BHP Billiton’s Aluminium, Manganese and Nickel division, assisting with corporate and operational issues.
