Derek Yang, MBA, is a senior manager with 20 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, and process engineering, currently serving as the Focus Factory Manager at Halliburton. They have demonstrated strong leadership skills while managing teams of various sizes and have a proven track record in achieving KPIs within major multinational corporations across the oil and gas, chemical, and semiconductor industries. Derek's experience includes roles at NEPES PTE LTD, Rolls-Royce Fuel Cell Systems, and Metallkraft AS, as well as overseeing new plant startups.
