Eric Balcom, PhD, has extensive experience in project management and research, with a background in the energy and transportation sectors. Eric served as a Service Leader at Boots & Coots, overseeing field operations and ensuring service quality. As a Graduate Student Researcher at the UC Berkeley Labor Center, Eric conducted in-depth research on the trucking industry, analyzing labor policies and developing recommendations for improvements. Eric held positions as a Solvent Procurement & Logistics Specialist at Corden Pharma, and as a Service Supervisor at Halliburton in various locations, where leadership in project execution and strategic planning was demonstrated. With a strong educational foundation, including a PhD in Geography from the University of California, Davis, Eric's expertise encompasses project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis across multiple industries.
