Ivan Silva possesses a diverse professional background in engineering and management, beginning with an Engineer's degree in Control and Automation from Universidade Federal de Itajubá. Ivan embarked on a career at Halliburton, serving as a LWD Field Operator and later as a Field Engineer from June 2010 to March 2014. Following this role, Ivan worked at The REACH Group as a Performance Coach until January 2016. Currently, Ivan is pursuing a Master of Science in Maritime Management at the University College of Southeast Norway, a position held since August 2016.
