Jay Deville

Jay Deville is a Senior Scientific Advisor at Halliburton, where they contribute to advancements in chemical research for the oil industry. Previously, Jay held several roles at Halliburton, including Principal Scientist and Scientific Advisor, and served as an R&D Manager at Fritz Industries, Inc. They began their academic career as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Henderson State University, where they taught various chemistry courses and mentored undergraduate researchers. Jay earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Rice University, where they also received an NSF Pre-Doctoral Fellowship while conducting research on synthetic methods. They completed a BS in Chemistry, graduating summa cum laude from Henderson State University.
