Roberto Capuj

Roberto Capuj is an Electronic Engineer with nearly 15 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of directional drilling tools. They have developed expertise in management systems such as Lean, Six Sigma, and SMS, and possess strong skills in coordination, supervision, and personnel coaching. Roberto has held various roles at Halliburton, most recently as the R&M Manager for Argentina and Bolivia, where they improved operational efficiencies and implemented training initiatives. They also have prior experience working as a Service Technician and Department Advisor. Roberto graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
