Ron Byrd

Ron Byrd is a results-driven transformational leader with deep expertise in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement. Currently serving as the Project Management & Continuous Improvement Leader at Halliburton, Ron has successfully managed major projects and driven significant operational improvements. Previously, throughout a distinguished career, Ron led initiatives at Hess Corporation and Leviton, achieving substantial cost savings and enhancing organizational efficiency. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Montclair State University and is progressing towards a Master’s in Quality Management from Loyola University New Orleans.
