Andrew Jacobson

Andrew Jacobson currently serves as General Counsel at Halliday since March 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew was VP and Global Head of Legal at 21.co and 21Shares from June 2022 to March 2025, overseeing legal and regulatory matters for a leading cryptocurrency asset manager. Andrew's experience includes significant roles at Seward & Kissel LLP as a Senior Associate and Practice Lead in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Group, providing legal counsel across various fintech clients. Previous positions include Enforcement Attorney at the New York State Department of Financial Services, Special Counsel for the Moreland Commission on Utility Storm Preparation and Response, and an Analyst in the Public Integrity Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Union College.
