Tracey Dodd

Tracey Dodd is the President and Interim Director at Halliwell Environmental. They lead efforts on large-scale, complex loss assessments and management with a focus on environmental safety and sustainability, and their team specializes in environmental risk assessment and toxicological services, supporting risk-based closures, corrective action, and expert testimony in high-stakes scenarios. They previously served in executive and leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at J.S. Held LLC (2016-2020) and Principal at U.S. HELM (2003-2016), as well as Sr. Managing Principal at EFI Global (2021-2024). Tracey Dodd earned a Master’s Degree in Toxicology and Environmental Risk Assessment from Tulane University (1990-1992), a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Mississippi (1986-1990), and a degree in Environmental Health Science from Tulane University (1992-1995).
