Hallmark Oil Limited is an indigenous Ghanaian company registered under the laws of Ghana.

Hallmark Oil was incorporated as a private limited liability company on April 30, 2012 under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179).

The company’s main business is marketing, distribution and sale of quality petroleum products with focus on lubricants, coolants and greases. Primary aim of the company is to address lubrication challenges facing companies by determining and recommending the appropriate lubricants to use and ultimately providing complete confidence for our customers.

Hallmark Oil Limited is the authorized distributor of Chevron lubricants, coolants and greases in Ghana. The company has therefore been entrusted by Chevron to distribute TEXACO brand of lubricants in Ghana.
