Autumn Straw

Autumn Straw has a diverse work experience in the field of people operations and human resources. In 2017, they worked as a Legal Assistant at The Law Office of Christine M. Cruse, P.C. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Camp Counselor at the High School Leadership Conference. At International Paper in 2020, Autumn was a Human Resources Intern, where they supported the HR department, created an Active Development Plan, and implemented virtual recruitment strategies. Autumn then worked as a Human Resources & Finance Assistant at RAPA Rausch & Pausch from March to August 2021. From May to December 2021, they interned as a People Operations Intern at Castellan Solutions. Autumn continued their internship at Castellan Solutions from May to July 2022. Currently, Autumn is working at Hallmark Health Care Solutions as a People Operations Business Partner starting from March 2023. Additionally, Autumn occupied leadership roles in Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, serving as President from November 2019 to December 2020 and as Administrative Vice President from December 2018 to November 2019.

Autumn Straw pursued their education at Auburn University Harbert College of Business. From 2017 to 2021, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, with a focus on general studies. Building upon this foundation, Autumn then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2021 to 2022 at the same institution. The field of study for their MBA program is not specified.
