John Pouliot

John Pouliot has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John started their career as a Retail Store Manager at Foot Locker from 1987 to 1991. John then moved on to work at Veratec Div of International Paper / BBA Nonwovens as a Senior Customer Service & Marketing Specialist from 1991 to 2000. At this role, they focused on implementing process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and generated significant sales revenue by designing innovative products. John received the Marketing Award of Excellence for their dedication to customer contact skills training.

From 2001 to 2002, John worked at Monster as a Business Development Rep where they played a crucial role in generating $1.5M in revenue by providing consultative and advisory services to customers. John then transitioned into the role of Manager, Voice of the Customer from 2002 to 2009, where they managed Customer Advisory Board Meetings and analyzed feedback to drive corporate-wide improvements.

During their tenure at Monster, John also served as the Director of Events and Trade Shows from 2009 to 2019. John spearheaded the coordination and deployment of various corporate events and trade shows, utilizing cutting-edge technology to engage attendees and drive lead generation.

In 2019, John joined Total Brain as an Event Marketing Manager, where they procured and managed all live and virtual event thought leadership presentations and trade show exhibits. John developed trade show booth signage and conducted pre-event Sales orientation meetings, resulting in a 168% increase in leads captured at live events.

Most recently, in 2023, John Pouliot has been employed at Hallmark Health Care Solutions as an Event Marketing Manager, where they continue to excel in their event planning and management skills.

John Pouliot attended the University of Vermont from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
