Halls have been landowners in the Lowveld since 1890. We KNOW this land; we are literally the ground below the Riverside precinct and the Mpumalanga Legislature. Our pioneering roots form the foundation of our commitment to conscientious, rewarding property development and we develop properties around communities, building upon more than a century of responsible land ownership and stewardship.
Halls own prime commercial, industrial, retail and residential land in Mbombela and have the vision to realise the development potential of each land parcel. Driven by Halls Properties, Riverside Park became the first legal City Improvement District (CID) in 2010 and the sought-after Riverside Park precinct has grown from strength to strength. Halls Properties has set the standard in land development in Mbombela, creating excellent investment opportunities and leaving a legacy for future generations.
