Catherine Michel

Catherine Michel is the current Chief Technology Officer at Halma plc. Prior to their current position, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Sigma Systems from July 2013 to August 2019. Catherine was responsible for Sigma’s product portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and technology decisions, driving development and technology plans across all software platforms. Catherine was also the global market evangelizer for the company’s vision and market value, devising the functional design, content and messaging of flagship solutions such as Agile B/OSS, Create-Sell-Deliver, Omni-channel Selling, Zero-Touch Fulfilment, Product / Catalog-Driven Customer Experience, Idea-to-Install. Michel has also advised global CxO's in digital transformation strategies and plans.

Michel has also been involved in various charitable organizations. Catherine was a Trustee at Skylarks Charity from January 2013 to December 2019. Catherine was also an Executive Committee Member at TM Forum from January 2008 to May 2019.

In September 2003, Michel founded Tribold, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of Services. Catherine was also a Board Member at Tribold. Catherine left Tribold in July 2013 to join Sigma Systems.

Prior to their work at Tribold, Michel worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture from July 1994 to September 2003.

Catherine Michel has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
