Marisa Kellman

Marisa Kellman, MBA, currently serves as the Global People Platform Director at Halma plc, where leadership in the global rollout of the Workday platform successfully reached over 8,000 employees across 20+ countries. Prior experience includes roles at Alight Solutions as a Workday Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on optimizing client processes and enhancing Workday system capabilities, as well as a Senior Associate in PwC's Workday Practice. Marisa's earlier career features positions at QlikTech as Manager of Global HR Systems & Workforce Analytics, and at Merck & Co. Inc. in various HR roles, including an HRIS Consultant and HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes managing the Young Women's Leadership Academy at Enhancing Lives Through Action, Inc., along with internships and positions in finance-related roles. Marisa holds an MBA in Management Consulting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Finance from the University at Buffalo.
