Robert Lewis

Robert Lewis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors, primarily within Halma plc. As the Divisional Chief Executive of the Environmental and Analysis Sector since April 2021, Robert oversees a diverse portfolio of global businesses focused on water and gas analysis. Previously, as Chief Acquisitions Officer, Robert led efforts to achieve 10% inorganic growth annually. Notable prior positions include Group Managing Director at Avire, where leadership spanned six prominent brands in the elevator industry, and Managing Director at Fortress Interlocks Ltd, where Robert achieved significant sales and profit growth. Robert has also held senior roles at GKN Aerospace, driving substantial improvements in sales and profitability through strategic initiatives. Robert holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a first-class MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
