Tom Yu

Tom Yu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business development across various regions, particularly in Asia Pacific. Currently serving as APAC Business Enablement Executive and Talent & Culture Director at Halma plc since January 2019, Tom also holds the position of President at Longer Pump. Previously, Tom held multiple key roles at Johnson Controls, including Regional Director for Learning & Development and HR Director for Power Solutions in China. Early career experiences include leadership positions at Value Added Packaging Wuxi Co., Ltd. and York International. Tom's educational background features a Doctor of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School, an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University, and advanced degrees in human resources and international business. Additionally, a Higher Education Teaching Certificate will be obtained from Harvard University in 2025.
