Larry Hern

Larry Hern has over 20 years of experience in various IT roles. Currently, they are the Vice President of Information Technology at Halo Collar since 2023. Before that, they worked as a Principal in IT Consulting at Bar H Corporation from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Molekule, where they established IT department policies and procedures and created the IT strategy for platform migrations. Prior to that, Larry was the Director of Information Technology at JUST from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for securing intellectual property and establishing IT governance and controls. Larry also worked as the US IT Manager at PCH International from 2015 to 2017, overseeing IT operations and executing global IT strategy. Larry began their career as the IT Director at Peek Aren't You Curious, where they developed and executed the IT strategy to support rapid growth and managed the day-to-day IT infrastructure. Before that, they served as the IT Director at Conwest Resources, managing technology operations and implementing cost-saving measures. Larry started their career as a Help Desk Analyst and Systems Administrator at Organic Inc, where they provided troubleshooting support and implemented compliance controls. Overall, Larry has a diverse range of experience in IT management, strategy, and infrastructure.

Larry Hern attended California State University, Chico from 1989 to 1995. Larry obtained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and Liberal Studies. In November 2014, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
