Jack Lin, CFA

Jack Lin, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jack is currently the Director of FP&A at HALO Home Access Lease Opportunity, where they are responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and capital markets. Jack supports business decisions for capital allocation and performs financial analysis at all levels of operation. Jack also builds and maintains financial models and projections, conducts forecasting, and coordinates deliverables and deadlines.

Prior to their current role, Jack worked at DWS Group as a Finance Manager, overseeing financial management of technology projects globally. Jack conducted monthly predictions and analysis to ensure alignment with targets. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Newbridge Capital Management.

Jack also has experience in corporate development and FP&A. At Fortegra Financial, they served as a Financial Analyst/Project Manager, leading M&A projects and managing due diligence and communications with investment bankers and lenders. Jack was also responsible for the annual budgeting process, monthly closing, and executive management reporting.

Additionally, Jack has worked as an Associate in Private Equity & Venture Capital at J W Rollins & Associates, a Financial Analyst at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, a Marketing Research Analyst at Endo Pharmaceuticals, and a Fixed-Income Analyst at Wilmington Trust. Jack has also served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Delaware.

Jack Lin, CFA, began their education journey by earning an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from EHL Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality (SSTH) in the years 2003 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management at an unspecified institution from 2005 to 2007. In order to further their knowledge and skills, Jack then enrolled at the University of Delaware in 2008, where they simultaneously pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Finance, both of which they completed in 2011.
