David Rossow

David Rossow serves as the Founding Partner of the Gates Foundation Strategic Investment Fund at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation since 2010, overseeing a $2.5 billion allocation for program-related investments across global health, development, gender equality, and US education. In addition, Rossow holds various board observer roles at prominent companies, including bKash Limited, Halodoc ID, LumiraDx, Stellapps Technologies, Affinivax Inc., Kymab Ltd, Immunocore, CureVac AG, and Visterra Inc., contributing to transformative innovations in mobile payments, healthcare, diagnostics, and biotechnology. Rossow graduated from St. Olaf College.
