Thomas Wirawan

Thomas Wirawan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business process improvement. Currently serving as the Head of PMO and OPS Support at Halodoc ID since September 2019, Thomas focuses on implementing best practices in project governance, end-to-end project management, and process excellence. Previous roles include Head of Business Process Management at PT Griya Miesejati and Business Process Improvement Manager at PT Smartfren Telecom. Thomas has also held positions at PT Home Credit Indonesia and PT Asuransi Astra Buana, where skills in continuous process improvement and lean methodologies were utilized. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Indonesia.
