Abel Crawford

Systemic Designer - Regenerative Systems at Halogen

Abel Crawford is an accomplished academic and practitioner in regenerative systemic design, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Design / The Oslo School of Architecture and Design since January 2020, and as a lecturer at Halogen since August 2021. With experience as a sustainability consultant for Nordic Sustainability Reporting Standard, a member of Rethinking Economics Norge, and a project assistant at NMBU - Norwegian University of Life Sciences, Crawford has contributed to various interdisciplinary projects aimed at enhancing sustainability practices and community engagement. Abel holds a Master of Science in Agroecology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Australia, alongside several additional qualifications in sustainability and planning.
