Megan Rausch

Megan Rausch currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at HaloMD since October 2022. Previously, Rausch held the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Mpower from November 2019 to May 2025. Prior roles include Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Acquisition Billing Services (July 2018 - November 2019) and various positions at United Surgical Partners International, Inc., ranging from Director of Hospital Revenue Cycle Management to Insurance Verification Clerk, from January 2010 to July 2018. Rausch began the career at National Surgical Hospitals as a Business Office Support from October 2006 to December 2009. Rausch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed between 2009 and 2011.
