Michael Chiste graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Minor in Economics. They began their professional career in July 2021 as a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst at Truist Securities, where they participated in various transactions, including M&A advisory engagements and capital markets transactions. In October 2023, Michael joined the Corporate Development team at United Musculoskeletal Partners and currently serves as Director of Corporate Development and FP&A at HaloMD, starting in 2025. Michael has also held leadership roles such as President of the Florida Alpha Chapter of Phi Delta Theta and Associate General Chairman of Community Events for UF Homecoming and Gator Growl.
