Patrick Velliky

Patrick Velliky currently serves as the Chief External Affairs Officer at HaloMD since September 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick held multiple leadership positions at Envision Healthcare, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Government Affairs from February 2021 to September 2025. Additionally, Patrick was the Chairperson of the Board of Governors at the Emergency Medicine Policy Institute (EMPI) for 2025, contributing to the advancement of emergency medicine policies. Patrick's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Legislation at the Federation of American Hospitals and Director of Congressional Affairs at Anthem, Inc., among various roles in the U.S. House of Representatives. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg, completed in 2008.
