Marc Hein has worked in various roles for a number of companies since 1989. Marc began their career at Vista Chemical Co. as Group Leader, Wire & Cable. Marc then moved to Donnelly Corporation as Manager, Advanced Materials in 1994. In 1995, they joined Isola Group as Vice President & Business Manager, Vice President, Research & Development, and Mgr Product Development. In 2003, they were a Visiting Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. In 2005, they joined Flint Group as Director of Technology. In 2010, they became Director, New Business Development and Director, Research & Development at Kraton Corporation. In 2020, they became Co-Owner of Hein Family Kitchen. In 2021, they were President of Hein Ventures, LLC and Vice President, New Product Development at Circa Group. Finally, in 2022, they became Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Additives Products at Halomine, Inc.
Marc Hein attended St. Cloud State University from 1979 to 1984, where they earned a B.S. in Chemistry. Marc then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Polymer Chemistry at Texas A&M University, which they completed in 1989.
