Robert Brimmer is an accomplished public sector leader with over 25 years of experience in local and state government. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Programs at HALOS, overseeing kinship support and outreach services to caregivers in the Lowcountry. Previously, Robert held various roles, including Clinical Counselor, Program Manager, and County Director, where they significantly enhanced service delivery and operational efficiency.
