Ceyda joined Strix in 2021, and owns technology solutions within the company and is responsible for driving the company’s growth through innovation. She has over 20 years of international experience within Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, Program Management and Mergers & Acquisitions, with a proven record of ensuring flawless execution and commercialisation of product roadmaps. She has worked in Turkey, the UK and The Netherlands for diverse companies such as Ford Motor Company, Aston Martin Lagonda, Siemens, Philips Consumer Lifestyle and Avery Dennison. Ceyda has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, and MSc in Engineering & Technology Management from Bogazici University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and M&A professional.
