Cindy Cindy is a seasoned supply chain professional with a strong background in procurement and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Planner at HaloSource Inc since 2013, Cindy has achieved significant cost savings by redefining tariff codes and renegotiating supply agreements. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as a Procurement Buyer at Greater China Industries Inc from 2009 to 2012, where extensive global sourcing and negotiation strategies were developed. Earlier experience includes serving as a Supply Chain Planner at Compucase Corp (HEC Group) from 2004 to 2007, where daily purchase orders and inventory levels were effectively managed. Cindy holds an MBA in International Management from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Bachelor's Degree from Sichuan University.
