Emma Cox

Emma joined Strix in 2020 and is responsible for developing and executing the People Strategy across the Group. She has accumulated a wealth of HR management leadership experience over the years, both as an in-house expert and an external consultant. Emma has worked in a number of different sectors including FMCG (ASDA), Optics (Specsavers), Engineering consulting (Group Artelia), HVAC |(Ingersoll Rand), and latterly, Dynniq. Emma has a particular interest in learning and development, and is a qualified Executive Coach, as well as practitioner in a number of psychometric testing tools. She also has a Degree in English Literature gained from Swansea University, and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
