Eric Wollmann

Eric Wollmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the seafood and real estate industries. Currently serving as the National Account Manager at Ocean Sky Seafood USA since June 2021, Eric oversees national sales for one of the largest importers of Chilean Salmon. In addition, Eric has been a Real Estate Agent for Real Estate Sales Force, Inc. since January 2021. Eric's diverse background includes a long tenure as Production Supervisor at Halperns' Steak & Seafood, where responsibilities included maintaining quality service for over 40 employees and ensuring optimal workflow and product quality. As General Manager at Golden Rule Seafood since December 2017, Eric successfully reduced product costs by 9-12% and managed a workforce of 48 employees while conducting monthly sales audits. Eric holds a degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, obtained between 2011 and 2017.
