Koeun Kim

Koeun Kim is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in fashion and product development. Currently self-employed as a Freelance Designer since February 2015, Koeun has also been an Associate Handbag and Accessories Designer at Halston since November 2011, collaborating with senior leadership to develop collections sold at prestigious retailers such as Saks and Bloomingdale's. Previous experience includes roles at Kurata Eyecare Center as an Optician, co-founding Poési Jewelry, and serving as an Associate Designer at Fossil, where contributions led to significant sales increases. Koeun's early career included an internship at Target, focused on design for in-house brands. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with study experiences at Accademia Italiana in Florence and the Rhode Island School of Design.
