Alicia Wells is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and legal roles. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success (AU) at Halter since September 2025, Alicia previously held various leadership positions at Forage, including Global Head of Customer Success and GM, UK, from February 2021 to September 2025. As a founding member of Chief, Alicia contributed to empowering women leaders between January 2023 and March 2024. Earlier legal experience includes positions at Ashurst and Norton Rose Fulbright, as well as a secondee role at the Australian Human Rights Commission. Alicia holds a Juris Doctor from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Socio Legal Studies from the University of Sydney, along with leadership education through Startmate.
