Danielle Findlay

Danielle Findlay is an experienced professional currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Lead and Interim Chief of Staff at Halter since April 2024. Prior to this role, Danielle was an Associate Director in the Employment Law team at PwC New Zealand from September 2021 to April 2024. Danielle's legal career includes positions as a Senior Solicitor and Solicitor at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, focusing on Employment, Health & Safety, and Privacy from February 2018 to August 2021, as well as earlier roles as a Law Clerk and Summer Clerk. A brief stint as a Summer Intern in Tax at Deloitte New Zealand occurred in late 2015. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in LLB/Bcom from The University of Auckland and participated in the Autumn24 Women Fellowship at Startmate in 2024. Education was completed at Diocesan School for Girls in Auckland, NZ.
