James Harder

James Harder has a diverse work experience in engineering. James worked at Halter as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where they focused on developing products and validating their effectiveness. James also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Halter, where they expanded their responsibilities and contributed to the prototyping concepts and refining manufacturing methods. Prior to Halter, James worked at Nexteer Automotive as a Driveline Engineering Co-op, where they collaborated with the Half-Shaft Core Development Group and managed a competitive analysis database. James also worked at Chrysler Proving Grounds as an Endurance Test Driver, where they reviewed test schedules, gathered data, and wrote reports.

James Harder has a diverse education history. In 2013 to 2014, they attended Delta College, where they focused on engineering. James then went on to study at New Tribes Bible Institute in 2015, specializing in Bible/Biblical Studies. Following this, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics at SVSU. During this time, they also engaged in Industrial and Product Design studies at Auckland University of Technology in 2018 and 2019.
