Josh Townsend is the Head of South Island at Halter, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing, and later as the Chief Executive Officer at Zeffer from 2011 to 2018. Josh was also a squad member for New Zealand's U20 and U19 rugby teams, winning world championships in 2008 and 2007 respectively. Josh earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Otago, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
