Senior Business Development Executive at Halter

Tui Turnwald has extensive experience in business development and agriculture. In 2021, they joined Halter as a Senior Business Development Executive. Prior to that, they worked at Ravensdown as a Senior Agri Manager and Agri Manager. Tui also had a brief stint at Little Avondale Stud, where they worked as a Groom and Farm Hand, preparing Thoroughbred yearlings for sales. Before that, Tui gained practical farming experience at Ditton Farm as a Shepherd/General Farm Hand. Tui began their career at Belmont Veterinary Clinic as an Administrative Assistant, where they developed customer service and organizational skills.

Tui Turnwald has a diverse education history that includes both academic degrees and professional certifications. In 2009, they attended Epsom Girls Grammar School, where they completed NCEA Level 1-3. Following this, Tui enrolled at Massey University from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree, with a major in Agriculture.

Tui continued their education at Massey University, completing an Intermediate Sustainable Nutrient Management course in 2017 and an Advanced Sustainable Nutrient Management course in 2018, both focused on Agriculture. Aside from their academic achievements, Tui also obtained a certification as a Nutrient Management Adviser from the Nutrient Management Adviser Certification Programme in April 2020. This additional certification demonstrates their expertise in the field of nutrient management.

Moreover, Tui also sought professional development in 2021 by completing the Emerging Leaders Course at the IMNZ - Institute of Management New Zealand. The course focused on enhancing their skills in Organizational Leadership.
