Mark Connell

Mark Connell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the water and wastewater treatment sector. Currently serving as the Director of Water and Wastewater Treatment at Halton Region since July 2016, Mark has also held positions as Manager of Plant Capital and Engineering and Senior Project Advisor within the Public Works department. Prior to this, Mark worked at Hatch from January 2005 to July 2016 as Supervisor of Engineering, focusing on hydrometallurgy and non-ferrous metals. Mark Connell holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Diploma for Graduates in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
