Mark Boll

Mark Boll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense and strategic analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Analyst at Halvik since November 2020, Mark previously held the role of Program Manager at Janus Research Group from July 2019 to November 2020. Mark has a significant background with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, where from May 2013 to December 2018, responsibilities included preparing the Army for war and overseeing training for over 250,000 soldiers annually. Mark's experience also encompasses a position as Deputy Director at the National Guard Bureau, focusing on strategic policy and plans, and culminated in transformative organizational changes involving 75 personnel. Earlier, Mark commanded the Battle Command Training Center, delivering training to Army National Guard divisions. Mark's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership/National Security from the U.S. Naval War College, a Master of Science in Operations Research and Management Science from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas Christian University.
