Wesley Higginbotham

Wesley Higginbotham is a Senior Project Manager at Halvik, currently overseeing agile project management and applications for the Department of Transportation. With over two decades of experience, they have held positions such as Program Manager at Evoke Research and Consulting, managing contracts for the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Agriculture. Wesley has also worked as a Communications Officer in the United States Air Force and in various project management roles across several organizations. They hold a BS in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master’s in Engineering/Industrial Management from Penn State World Campus, and a Graduate Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
