Varuna Paul

Varuna Paul is an experienced Senior Scrum Master currently at HAMBS, driving agile initiatives and coaching teams for optimal performance since November 2021. With a strong background in Scrum methodologies, Varuna has previously served as a Scrum Master at humm group, managing cross-functional teams, and at People's Choice Credit Union, where Varuna facilitated the adoption of agile practices and aligned project tasks with business goals. Varuna’s career began in training and development roles at Dell and Spectraforce Technologies, focusing on creating effective training programs. Varuna holds an MBA in HR and Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in IT from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
