Niclas Karoff

Niclas Karoff is currently serving as the CEO at HAMBORNER REIT AG, after previously working as an Independent Consultant and holding various positions at TLG IMMOBILIEN AG and its subsidiary TLG Wohnen GmbH. Prior to that, Karoff gained experience in finance and corporate finance at companies such as HSH Real Estate AG and BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand. Karoff started their career in the hospitality industry with roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Kempinski Hotels. Niclas holds a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and a degree in Immobilienökonom from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
