Phil Dray

Phil Dray is an accomplished director with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and business transformation sectors. As the founder and director of Hamel Group since 2002, Phil has spearheaded numerous projects across various industries, focusing on complex stakeholder environments and high-level transformations, including billing, IT programs, and operations. Prior to Hamel Group, Phil served as Director of Advanced Services Business at Energis PLC, where a significant revenue transformation was achieved, and as Head of Multi-National Joint Venture, leading major partnerships in network development. Phil's experience also includes a tenure at Nortel Networks, where efforts to recover client relationships were successfully executed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from The University of Sheffield and Person Centred Counselling from Middlesex University.
