Pascal Gilaber has an extensive work experience, starting from 1985 to 2012. Pascal began their career as an Engineer at IFP Energies nouvelles, where they managed applied research projects co-financed by Stellantis and Renault. Pascal then moved on to Stellantis, where they worked as a Production Manager, overseeing more than 100 workers and achieving a 30% increase in productivity within 18 months. Following this, Pascal worked at ELIS as a Managing Director, and later at Everial in the same role. Pascal joined PAPREC GROUP as a Managing Director, successfully restoring net profitability. In 2008, they became the CEO of Hamilton Data Services (HDS), where they redesigned the main product and introduced high-tech innovations for invoice processing automation. Currently, they are the CEO of Hamilton Apps, implementing strategies for management and growth in the field of workspace management, with a focus on enhancing security and productivity.

Pascal Gilaber completed their education between 1980 and 1983. During this time, they attended CentraleSupélec, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Management and Business Strategy. Additionally, they also studied at IFG Executive Education, focusing on the field of Business Management.
